Inhouse Recruitment - Wellington Central, North Island About the role Brownie Construction is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Queenstown. This is a site leadership role where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of a large-scale 92-townhouse development. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee subcontractors, coordinate site activities, manage short-term planning and procurement, and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You will be joining an experienced team with a healthy pipeline of work across the region and the opportunity to play a key role in delivering quality projects. Key responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the construction site Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme Assist with short-term planning and construction sequencing Manage short lead-time material procurement and deliveries Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain programme and productivity Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications Maintain a safe, organised and well-run site Liaise with suppliers, consultants and other stakeholders as required Support site reporting and documentation About you Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or an experienced Working Foreman ready to take the next step Strong commercial or residential construction experience Confident coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple work fronts Able to read plans and keep projects progressing to programme Strong communication and organisational skills Practical, proactive and solutions-focused What’s on offer Company vehicle, phone and laptop provided Full-time hours with a minimum of 40 hours per week guaranteed Long-term opportunity with Brownie Construction in Queenstown Opportunity to join a business with an exciting pipeline of future projects If you are an experienced site leader looking to take ownership of a significant construction project and build your career with a well-established Queenstown construction company, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
