New Zealand Defence Force at Trentham, North Island, is seeking a SAP User Support Triage Analyst to triage, diagnose and escalate incoming requests. You will be the first point of contact for NZDF SAP users, handling calls, ITSM tickets and emails, and working with SAP teams to maintain high service levels.
