Our Housekeeping Associates have an important role when it comes to creating memorable experiences for our guests. The duties include:Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming. Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets. Re-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies. Other cleaning duties including cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture, and polishing furniture. Taking pride in the appearance of the property. What you will bring:The successful candidate will have:A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industryMinimum of 6 months cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5-star Hotel/Resort environmentStrong communication skillsA high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsFlexibility - able to work shifts, including weekendsWhat we offer At Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, we believe in taking exceptional care of our team.
