Working alongside our brokers, you'll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. While you won't be providing insurance advice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service through accurate and efficient support. Key responsibilities Processing new policies, renewals and endorsements Supporting brokers with quotations, insurer comparisons and claims Preparing policy documentation and completing administrative tasks Assisting with accounts administration if you have experience in this area Processing monthly payments / premium funding About you A sharp eye for detail in a compliance-focused environment Excellent organisational and time management skills The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Strong computer and administrative skills Clear, confident communication Previous insurance industry experience (preferred but not essential) Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, the ability to work independently, and a strong work ethic About us JenBro Insurance is a proudly 100% New Zealand-owned insurance brokerage based in beautiful Taupō and soon to launch in Christchurch.
