About the role This 7‑month fixed‑term, full‑time role (Mon–Fri, 8.00am–4:30pm) supports our ElectriNET team with day‑to‑day office administration, customer service, and accurate data processing. You need to be capable of handle high‑volume computer‑based work, and ensure jobs, invoices and records are processed correctly and on time. Experience with SAP is an advantage. Key responsibilities Front‑of‑house customer service and managing incoming calls Timesheet, job sheet, purchase order and invoice administration Opening, maintaining and closing jobs, ensuring correct costing Scanning, filing, archiving and maintaining company records Supporting payroll data entry and creditor/debtor queries Coordinating vehicle maintenance bookings and monthly checks Preparing basic reports and providing general admin support Maintaining Health & Safety documentation and VAULT updates About you You're an organised, detail‑focused administrator with strong computer and data entry skills. You communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy supporting a busy team. You bring a positive attitude, accuracy in your work, and a professional approach with customers and colleagues. You will also bring: SAP experience (advantageous) Good communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines What's in it for you?
