Customer Service Representative Administrator - 12 month FTC Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy hub. This role offers a lot of variety and will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to members. The position is a maternity leave cover opportunity for up to 12 months. This role is suited to people who bring previous CSR experience in a service environment and have great time management skills. The purpose of this role is to provide positive and proctive engagement with customers at all stages of the customer journey. Key Responsibilities include: Manage course administration, including verifying enrolment forms and learner details. Process course bookings and ensure learner communication preferences are accurately recorded. Liaise with regional teams to obtain missing or incomplete enrolment information. Maintain accurate CRM records, including updating learner, company and course information. Create course results and update Reviews of Understanding where applicable. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, web and messaging channels. Provide accurate information about training courses, products and services. Conduct outbound calls to identify customer needs and promote relevant products and services. Build customer awareness of services while delivering exceptional support and maintaining relationships. To be successful in this role you will have Proven customer service experience with a customer-focused approach. Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM and web-based systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Clear verbal communication and active listening skills. Understanding of invoicing processes and administrative procedures. Proactive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. The successful candidate will be offered full training and will work within a supportive team environment.
