We are looking for a driven, high performing sales professional with a hands on mindset to join our growing Health & Hygiene Team, based out of our Hawkes Bay Depot in Whakatu, Hastings. Get the opportunity to deliver on the service you sell by getting out to install and service the customers you gain. Working across Napier and Hastings, the primary responsibility of this position is to gain new business, growing the presence of JJ’s Health & Hygiene and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will not only be selling, but on the road providing the service yourself 1-2 days per week, installing and servicing our washroom services. Work with us! THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated Health & Hygiene Sales and Service Professional to grow our services in the Napier and Hastings areas. You will not only grow our new Health & Hygiene devision of JJ's, you will also be out there servicing what you sell, delivering our washroom services. This role is part of a new division of JJ's and will require you to sell and service. As part of the role you will be accountable for: New business generation, face to face cold calling & follow ups is essential, generating your own leads Area sales strategy and execution Conduct regular service visits to businesses Changing over sanitary bins, hygiene units, refilling soap & air fresheners and sanitiser products in washrooms Engage with customers across schools, aged care, childcare, and businesses Stay active with up to 5km of walking and stairs per day Follow strict health and safety procedures at all times Travel across Hawkes Bay is essential on a daily basis, with you needing to provide your own reliable vehicle covered by a generous vehicle reimbursement for the sales part of the role. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers. You will be rewarded with a base salary and uncapped commission opportunity, along with phone, laptop, and other tools of the trade. Monthly KPI Bonus for those achieving high results. This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday role. ABOUT YOU Enjoy a challenge, driven and ambitious by nature; you love the thrill of winning new business and nurturing customers Well-presented and have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Having previous face-to-face, cold call, selling experience will be highly regarded Have a strong attention to detail; you are thorough and methodical in your approach Have your own roadworthy vehicle and a valid full New Zealand Drivers Licence Be dedicated, resilient and reliable; we are an essential services industry Physically capable and enough strength to engage in regular manual handling, including loading and unloading bins Safety-conscious and committed to following all policies and procedures Willing to complete a pre-employment medical, ACC history check, drug/alcohol test and Ministry of Justice check.
