The Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Credit Controller on a 12 month fixed term to join our regional credit team, based at our Hamilton Branch. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll play an important role in managing customer accounts and ensuring our debtor ledger is accurate and maintained within agreed payment terms. You’ll work closely with customers, branches and internal teams to resolve account queries, reconcile accounts and keep things running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining customer accounts and the debtor ledger Following up outstanding accounts and payments Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies Resolving customer account and billing queries Reviewing reports and identifying accounts requiring action Liaising with customers, branches and internal departments This is a busy role where no two days are quite the same.
