We are seeking experienced Vineyard Operators to join our Marlborough viticulture teams. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, responsibilities will include: Tractor and machinery operations Spray applications Irrigation operations Hands-on vineyard maintenance Harvest operations This is a full-time permanent role offering 40 hours a week Monday – Friday. Extra hours and weekend work will be required during peak seasons. About you You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in viticulture / horticulture / agricultural machinery operations Viticulture/horticulture qualifications would be an advantage You have a clean driver’s license, love working outdoors and are physically fit to perform the duties You achieve goals by demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a safety mindset You are an excellent communicator and a team player Our offer Competitive hourly rate with regular hours.
