Smith Crane & Construction in Christchurch seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to join our civil team. You will coordinate site activities, lead crews and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard. We value hands-on leaders with a strong grip on earthworks, drainage, roading, concrete works and bridge construction, plus the ability to read engineering drawings.
