We're looking for energetic, hands-on, quick-thinking individuals to join our Vintage Harvest Assistant Team across our Marlborough vineyards. If you're professional, eager to learn, and ready to get stuck in, we'll teach you what you need to know. As a Vintage Harvest Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of harvest, supporting vineyard operations, coordinating teams, bins and trucks, and keeping information flowing between Viticulture, Weighbridge and Winery Front End teams. This role is dynamic, varied and full of energy. You'll be part of a tight, supportive team working across a rotating day/night roster. Hours sit around 30 per week, increasing up to 70 hours during peak harvest. What your day may look like: Coordinating harvest teams, bins and truck movements across vineyard blocks Communicating with Viticulture, Weighbridge and Winery Front End teams Collecting maturity samples from corporate and contract grower vineyards Gathering, delivering and storing maturity samples Supporting yield assessments, P&D counts and grapevine performance data collection Preparing, entering and checking data — including truck/trailer weights and intake paperwork Collating information from viticultural operations and assisting with ad-hoc admin tasks Pitching in with additional vineyard or harvest preparation tasks as required Every day is different … and that's what makes vintage unforgettable!
