Commercially sharp and data‑savvy, able to forecast, plan, interpret sales reports and use CRM (e.g. Salesforce or similar) to identify and prioritise growth opportunities in your territory. Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, confident presenting to architects, designers and commercial decision‑makers. Comfortable with technical concepts and product detail, with the ability to turn this into clear, practical solutions for customers and installers. Highly organised, resilient and self‑managing, able to balance time in the field with collaboration across internal teams. Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous, or genuine willingness to learn). What’s on offer Competitive salary package with performance‑based bonus structure and full‑use company vehicle, laptop, phone and sales tools. Ongoing product, technical and sales training, with genuine scope to develop your career within a high‑performing, growing business. Support from an experienced regional and national team, plus the opportunity to influence product positioning and market development across New Zealand. If you are a motivated sales professional with proven experience in architectural/specification sales for building products , who enjoys owning a territory, building deep relationships and winning specifications, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
