Project Manager - Residential Construction

Homes by Parklane - Christchurch, South Island As Project Manager, you will oversee daily operations across multiple residential sites. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to uncompromising quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Key responsibilities Manage site operations to ensure construction timelines and milestones are met. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers efficiently. Enforce health and safety regulations across all active building sites. Communicate regularly with clients, providing progress updates and resolving queries. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain company standards. About you Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager in residential construction. Strong understanding of New Zealand building codes, compliance, and NZS 3604. Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. Trade qualification (e.g., Licensed Building Practitioner/LBP) is highly advantageous. Valid NZ driver's licence.
