Registered Nurse - Part Time (South Wairarapa) We're growing our Homecare Team and are seeking a Registered Nurse—either a new graduate or an experienced professional—to join our Wellington team. About the Role We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse — open to both new graduates and experienced nurses —to join our Homecare Team. This role is dedicated to supporting a male adolescent client to safely access and participate in the community. You will work as part of a small, supportive team, helping to promote independence, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement in daily life. You'll be supported with a comprehensive orientation and ongoing clinical guidance, making this an excellent opportunity whether you are starting your nursing career or bringing valuable experience. Key Responsibilities Support a young adult client to access the community safely Transport the client to and from secondary school and attend school with them using the client's provided vehicle. Contribute to personalised care planning and clinical oversight Work collaboratively with a small support team Monitor progress and review goals regularly Support and guide Community Support Workers Identify and escalated concerns appropriately Empower the client to live as independently as possible About You Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate (or eligible as a new graduate) Open to new graduates and experienced nurses Passion for community-based care and supporting young adults Ability to work both independently and within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused Full, clean New Zealand driver's licence Legal right to work in New Zealand Candidates residing in Carterton, Greytown, Martinborough preferred What We Offer Full training and ongoing professional development Strong clinical support and mentoring Supportive team environment Free Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) The Organisation Healthvision is a family-owned provider of homecare, community nursing, and rehabilitation services across Aotearoa.
