With its lively atmosphere, live music, and strong local following, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a well-established venue and make your mark. As Venue Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive high standards across service, compliance, and performance, and lead from the front to inspire a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. What's on Offer: Generous salary $80,000 - $95,000 + super Quarterly KPI bonus - $44,000 P/A Opportunity to be part of a professional and well-known hospitality team Autonomous role with excellent company support Exceptional team culture 2+ years of venue management experience Proven experience managing a large food and beverage-focused venue Strong experience working with and communicating effectively with all departments within the head office team Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials to analyze where there is an opportunity to grow your business Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends Write and control an effective roster Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully We value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
