We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Occupational Therapist to join our team in Tauranga, as a subcontractor. About the role Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day. Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW) Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis Competent performing functional, injury-related assessment in the work place Knowledge of vocational services pathways Community Rehabilitation Services Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals Knowledge of community services pathways Experience writing high-quality reports and justifying clinical reasoning Pain Management Services (PMS) 3 years experience working in inter-disciplinary teams to support people living with persistent pain Skilled in behaviour change, pacing strategies, and education in self-management Understanding of biopsychosocial approaches What you’ll do Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities - no two days are the same Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation What you’ll bring A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs A commitment to continuous learning and professional development Proven ability to deliver client-centred rehabilitation in community Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders At least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation services Other Essentials NZ/AU Citizen Must possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) #J-18808-Ljbffr
