Are you an experienced Industrial Painter looking for your next opportunity? Tradestaff Cambridge is seeking 3–4 skilled Painters to join a 4-6 week project on a new industrial build in Hautapu, Cambridge . Location: Hautapu, Cambridge Start date: Start Mid August Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience (weekly pay) What you'll be doing Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding and blasting. Apply primers, protective coatings, sealers, and industrial paints using spray guns, rollers, and brushes. Mix paints and coatings to manufacturer specifications. Read and interpret job specifications, drawings, and coating requirements. Mask and protect surrounding surfaces before painting. Apply coatings to structural steel, machinery and pipelines. Inspect completed work to ensure coating thickness, finish quality, and compliance with project specifications. Complete touch-ups and repairs where required. Follow strict health and safety procedures, including working at heights where required. Maintain equipment, complete job documentation, and keep work areas clean and organised. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver quality outcomes and meet project deadlines. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial painting. Experience using industrial spray equipment and coating systems. Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical drawings. Strong commitment to health and safety. EWP ticket is highly advantageous. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team. What's in it for you? Weekly pay. Competitive pay rates based on experience.
