About the Role We're looking for an accountant with at least two years' public practice experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. Working with an experienced and supportive team, you'll be responsible for: Preparing annual financial statements and income tax returns Working with a diverse range of business and farming clients Preparing GST returns and management reports Developing strong client relationships and providing practical business advice Working alongside our senior team to continue developing your technical and advisory skills About You You’ll ideally have: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a New Zealand public practice accounting firm Experience preparing annual accounts and income tax returns Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A desire to learn, grow and build a long-term career Working towards, or already holding, CA ANZ qualification (preferred) Experience in agribusiness accounting or a rural background would be a real advantage, but is not essential.
