National Operations and Sustainability Manager An exciting opportunity to take ownership of national operations, service delivery and sustainability for one of New Zealand’s leading full service legal and business advisory firms. This broad leadership role will see you lead established service delivery teams, manage a sustainability program and maintain exceptional service standards. Duties and Tasks Lead a team of 13 across reception, document services, catering and workplace operations in Auckland and Wellington. Drive sustainability, community investment and pro bono initiatives, including reporting on progress to board level. Oversee day to day operations, suppliers, workplace services and office requirements. Review processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, technology and service delivery. Provide hands on operational support with occasional travel between Auckland and Wellington. Skills & experience Proven leadership experience within professional services, legal, corporate services or a similar high service environment. Strong people leadership skills with the confidence to manage performance and difficult conversations. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the credibility to work with partners and senior executives. Commercially astute, decisive and comfortable navigating competing priorities. Strong supplier and vendor management capability. A practical, hands-on approach with a strong customer service mindset. Sustainability or community investment experience would be advantageous.
