The Rotorua-based Service Officer role puts you behind the wheel, delivering expert roadside assistance to AA Members across a rotating roster seven days a week. You’ll diagnose vehicle issues on the spot and provide safe, practical solutions with professionalism. You’ll communicate clearly with Members, process payments, and promote AA products when appropriate.
