Hours: Weekdays: Tuesday-Friday Inclusive (8 hours per day between the hours of 8am to 6pm) Position Summary Our front-line Reception team plays a crucial role within our Medical Centre, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for patients while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and approachable manner, and the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks efficiently and responsibly. Attention to detail, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Experience using Indici Practice Management System (PMS) would be an advantage; however, it is not essential , and full training will be provided to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as necessary. Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including invoicing and payment collection. Close, balance and secure banking. Building closure and security. Assist patients with forms and information regarding services offered at the centre. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met promptly and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised reception area. Qualifications: Experience in a medical or customer service environment is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in computer systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
