Contract Accountant

Our property client is looking for a contract accountant until the end of Dec 2026 with the potential to go longer. This role will support the Financial Controller with all accounting requirements and partnering with Development Managers supporting a diverse portfolio of projects. Key responsibilities: Process invoices, reconcile statements and prepare payments Complete bank reconciliations and payment allocations Assist with monthly accounts and group consolidation Manage accounting for allocated development projects Partner with Development Managers Prepare project funding drawdowns and maintain debt schedules Support internal controls and process improvements About you: Relevant finance or accounting qualification CA qualified or working towards qualification Strong Xero experience Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Commercially minded with an interest in property Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a small team #J-18808-Ljbffr
