Key responsibilities Utilise your full scope of practice as a Nurse Practitioner Provide clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care Work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Support the health and wellbeing of the local community About you Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate (APC) as a Nurse Practitioner Experience in primary care or acute care (preferred) Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Understanding of Māori health perspectives and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Genuine passion for providing high-quality, patient-centred care About us Conifer Gardens Medical Centre is a well-established, modern general practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare.
