Surveying The Bay – Hastings, North Island Looking for a senior surveying role with room to make it your own? Surveying The Bay is looking for an experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our established team. We’ve been operating in Hawke’s Bay for more than 20 years, based in Hastings with a strong, loyal client base throughout the region. At heart, we’re surveyors. We have a strong subdivision and land development focus, backed by quality field and office equipment. We’re looking for someone who is confident taking responsibility for cadastral and land development work and who enjoys dealing directly with clients, Councils, LINZ and other professionals. Strong communication and Land Transfer skills are important, along with practical experience navigating resource consent and subdivision processes. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who will fit into a small, experienced team, bring fresh thinking to the business and enjoy having the autonomy that comes with a senior role.
