As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through every step of their lending journey — while actively growing our branch by bringing in new business. This isn't just a processing role: we are looking for someone who gets out there, builds relationships and drives new lending opportunities. Key responsibilities Proactively seek out and win new business, building relationships with vehicle dealers, business partners, introducers and referral networks to help grow the business Process loan applications and documentation in line with our policies and standards Guide customers through each step of the lending process, explaining what's happening and why as a Responsible lender and customer service hero. Bring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism to everything you touch About you 2+ years' sales experience, with a track record of actively winning and growing new business, not just managing existing relationships Lending experience, ideally in financial services Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills The people skills to build trust fast, and the resilience to stay calm when things get challenging Confidence with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
