The crooked cushion that everyone else walked past. We’re looking for an experienced photographer and videographer to bring that eye to BWRM, creating standout property content across the Waikato. Since 2016, BWRM has built its reputation on producing premium work, every time. Experienced photographers, genuine craft and edits finished by our own dedicated production team who care about how every home is presented. But great work is only part of it. We’ve worked just as hard to build a reputation for being reliable, easy to work with and just genuinely good humans. We’re looking for someone who shares that approach. Someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, makes clients feel comfortable and knows that how you show up matters just as much as the final images. This is a flexible contract role for someone who already knows their way around a camera and can confidently take a property shoot from arrival to final frame. Experience in real estate photography and videography would be ideal, although a strong background in architectural, interiors or commercial work could also be a great fit. You’ll need Proven professional photography and videography experience A strong portfolio and a creative eye for light, composition and detail Experience manually sketching floor plans or willingness to learn Drone certification (minimum 101) or willingness to obtain Confidence working independently and making decisions on site A friendly, professional and easygoing manner Strong communication and reliability Your own camera gear A full driver license and reliable vehicle To be based in the Waikato (ideally Cambridge or Hamilton).
