We are proudly Living Wage Certified ABOUT THE ROLE As a Part-Time Retail Assistant , you’ll play a key role in the success of our Queenstown boutique. Your day-to-day will involve: Engaging with customers : Deliver exceptional service, share the Deadly Ponies brand story, and build lasting relationships. Driving sales : Use your clienteling expertise to meet and exceed sales targets. Creating a stunning retail space : Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store is always presentation-perfect. Contributing to operations: Support the Store Manager in the seamless running of the store. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re seeking individuals with: 1-2 years of experience in a premium or luxury retail environment. A professional yet personable approach to customer service.
