Are you an experienced people leader who can bring clarity, consistency and confidence to a community-based coaching team? Momenta Charitable Trust is seeking a capable and values-led Coach Lead to manage and support our Life Coaches, strengthen coaching practice and ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality and person-centred support. About the role Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Coach Lead will provide clear day-to-day leadership and effective management of the Life Coaching team. This is primarily a people leadership, caseload management and service-quality role. While the position will include a limited coaching caseload, its central purpose is to ensure Coaches are well supported, clearly directed and appropriately accountable for the quality and progression of their work and the delivery of our programmes. Key responsibilities Leading, supervising and developing the Life Coaching team. Setting clear expectations and providing timely, constructive feedback. Managing coach capacity, caseloads and client allocation. Identifying and supporting stalled, unallocated or higher-risk client work. Supporting consistent and effective coaching practice. Ensuring clear documentation standards and overseeing the quality of client records. Ensuring the visibility and management of preparation, coordination and other work undertaken between sessions. About You You will be an organised, emotionally intelligent and credible people leader and Coach who knows how to combine genuine support with clear expectations and accountability. You will be comfortable making decisions, having difficult conversations and addressing issues early. You will communicate clearly, explain the reasons for decisions and follow through on agreed actions. To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience leading, supervising or developing people. Strong skills in client coaching and caseload / operational management. Experience setting expectations and providing constructive feedback. Strong planning, prioritisation and follow-through. Sound judgement and practical problem-solving ability. Experience implementing operational or practice changes. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Experience building relationships with clients, families, schools, workplaces, service providers or community organisations. Confidence using digital calendars, Microsoft 365 and client-management systems. A commitment to person-centred practice and meaningful client outcomes. Experience in disability services, mental health, social services, education or employment support would be an advantage.
