This full-time role offers the chance to craft exceptional seasonal menus in a brand-new kitchen, while living on-site at our remote lodge locations. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with local suppliers, and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests amid Marlborough's stunning surroundings.
