Inspire the next generation of young women: Mathematics Teacher (Years 7–13) Independent Schools of New Zealand – Auckland, North Island 6d ago , from Independent Schools of New Zealand Encouraging and helping every student reach their potential in Mathematics and Statistics Confidently teaching Mathematics and Statistics from Years 7–13, including delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum within the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) Monitoring student progress and providing meaningful, timely feedback Fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment within a collaborative Faculty culture Available to start in Term 1, 2027 We offer students dual qualification pathways with both NCEA and the International Baccalaureate. IB teaching experience is welcomed, but training and support will be provided for those new to the programme. Confidence and capability in teaching Mathematics and Statistics across Years 7–13 Sound knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum, with experience in (or enthusiasm for) the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) Strong communication skills, with the ability to monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to student success and wellbeing You’ll be joining a highly collegial and successful Mathematics Faculty, working with enthusiastic students who value learning and enjoy access to modern facilities and excellent teaching resources.
