Majestic is opening a brand-new licensed cafe at Barton Street, Hamilton on 3 September, and we’re searching for an energetic, hands-on Cafe Manager to lead the launch team. This is an exciting opportunity to join from day one, help shape the culture, build a strong team, and grow with an expanding hospitality brand. About the Role You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and creating an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced coffee environment. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating the team Managing daily operations and service flow Rostering and staff training Delivering exceptional customer service Maintaining presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards Ordering and stock management Driving sales and team performance What We’re Looking For Previous cafe or hospitality management experience min 2 years Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for coffee and customer service Ability to thrive under pressure Positive attitude and high standards Barista experience min 2 years Liquor Managers License Holder Why Join Majestic?
