This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with some on-call requirements during evenings and weekends. Qualifications Our ideal candidate must have At least 5 years of experience working as a registered nursewith a passion for aged care (and a current NZ annual practicing certificate). Be committed to holistic person-centered care. Have a calm and measured approach - able to problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment. Be an effective and respectful communicator; highly skilled in written, oral, and interpersonal communication. Be able to build strong relationships with your team, residents, and whanau Have experience with leading a team, including recruitment and development of staff and managing rosters. Have strong organisational and time management skills. Be InterRAI trained. Engage with all our professional stakeholders to build strong local relationships. Be resilient and committed to self-care.
