Join us as our Marketing and Communications Advisor and help bring Presbyterian Support Southland's mission to life through meaningful marketing, communications and digital content. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work across Presbyterian Support Southland, Enliven Southland and Family Works, helping to share the stories of our services, people and communities. From developing campaigns and creating content to supporting digital engagement and organisational communications, you'll see the direct impact your work has on the lives of Southlanders. Working 27.5 hours per week, this role offers a great balance of meaningful work and flexibility. We're open to discussing how those hours are worked to help create an arrangement that suits both you and us. Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support organisational priorities Create engaging content for digital, print and social media channels Coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, publications and organisational updates Maintain and enhance the profile and reputation of Presbyterian Support Southland and its service brands Manage website content, social media platforms and other digital communication channels Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support continuous improvement Ngā pūkenga | What you will need to be successful: Experience in a marketing, communications, public relations or engagement role Excellent writing and content creation skills with an eye for detail Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and website content management The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities Presbyterian Support Southland (PSS) is Southland’s largest for-purpose provider of aged care and social services.
