About the Role Working closely with the Sales Team, you will be responsible for: Presenting vehicle finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products to customers Assisting customers in selecting finance solutions that best suit their needs Maintaining strong relationships with lending and insurance partners Achieving finance and insurance sales targets Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and compliantly Managing finance applications from submission through to settlement Delivering a professional and transparent customer experience Promoting customer retention through ongoing relationship management Supporting the dealership's commitment to exceptional customer service What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous Finance & Insurance sales experience within the automotive industry A proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets Strong understanding of automotive lending and insurance products Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and strong communication skills Sound understanding of responsible lending obligations and compliance requirements Strong negotiation and presentation abilities A customer-first approach and positive attitude The ability to work effectively within a high-performing dealership team Why Join Adventure Motor Group?
