Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator

The Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Reliance Medical New Zealand's sales growth, marketing initiatives, product launches, and exhibition programme. Working closely with the UK Marketing Team and Oceania Sales Team, the role is responsible for coordinating digital marketing activities, lead generation campaigns, CRM management, event support, and reseller marketing initiatives. The role will maximise sales opportunities from exhibitions, product launches, channel partner promotions, and digital campaigns while ensuring leads are effectively managed and assigned to the sales team through HubSpot. Key responsibilities Coordinate marketing activities with the UK Marketing Team Plan and request promotional materials and exhibition media Manage customer invitation programmes and email marketing campaigns Draft and schedule social media and LinkedIn content Coordinate promotional materials, brochures, and product collateral Support launches of new products Coordinate pre-event communications and attendee invitations Assist with exhibition planning and promotional activities Capture and record exhibition and event leadsBuild and maintain prospect databases About you Experience or educations in marketing coordination, sales support, administration, or customer service Strong digital literacy including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities High attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service and relationship management skills NZ Driver's Licence preferred About us Reliance Medical NZ (RMNZ) is a subsidiary of Reliance Medical LTD, a family-owned business based in Talke, Staffordshire, United Kingdom.
