You will lead end-to-end delivery, overseeing governance, stakeholders, vendors, project teams, organisational change, and benefits realisation. Key Requirements Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology implementations from initiation to go-live. Strong governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder management capabilities. Success leading multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. Strong risk, issue, budget, and dependency management skills. Excellent facilitation, communication, and consensus-building abilities. Experience driving organisational change and user adoption. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Experience managing enterprise system integrations and platform dependencies. Success leading multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. Strong risk, issue, budget, and dependency management skills. Excellent facilitation, communication, and consensus-building abilities. Experience driving organisational change and user adoption. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Experience managing enterprise system integrations and platform dependencies. Highly Desirable ITSM or Enterprise Service Management platform implementation experience. Experience within tertiary education or similarly complex organisations. Knowledge of university governance environments. New Zealand public sector experience. What's on Offer? Lead a major enterprise transformation initiative.
