Stratco New Zealand Napier is seeking an experienced Operations/Production Manager to lead production, dispatch and logistics. You will coach the team on the shop floor, plan workloads, and drive improvements to safety, quality and delivery. You’ll champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement, manage capacity vs demand, and implement CI initiatives.
