The primary purpose of this role is EA support to the Cure Kids CEO and office management including office services, IT security, finance support, property and human resources. The role requires discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to develop detailed knowledge of the organisation's operations, procedures, and people. The Executive Manager is responsible for executive support for the CEO and the Board including the facilitation of smooth and effective communications, handling of confidential information, collation of board papers and minute taking at quarterly Board meetings for Cure Kids NZ & Fiji. Office Management responsibilities include the effective running of the office and the management of third-party contractors e.g. property manager, cleaners and telecommunications. The Executive Manager will arrange staff travel and the liaison and management of relationships with key accommodation and rental car partners. Key responsibilities Act as a central contact point for all communications directed specifically to the CEO and Chair of the Board and ensure all relevant information and activity is managed in a timely manner Ensure all Board papers are received on time, collated, and sent to the Board at least a week prior to the scheduled meetings Perform support tasks including, but not limited to, preparing correspondence, file organisation, preparing pre-meeting materials for review and any other general duties requested by the CEO Ensure the office is managed efficiently including the provision of supplies, storage and security management, building and safety matters Manage IT requirements for staff and ensure systems are in place to protect data security Assist as required with recruitment of staff, including advertising, interviewing/screening candidates and reference checking Manage onboarding of staff including IT set up, induction planning image ? irregular ?? About you Tertiary Education and/or proven technical knowledge, skills and experience At least 5 years related experience Attention to detail and accuracy High level of verbal and written skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience using Xero software ideal, but not essential Ability to use communication technology proficiently Knowledge of office procedures and equipment Ability to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple tasks in a timely way, communicate clearly and professionally, handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and work effectively with all Cure Kids staff This is a part time (30 hours per week) role with preference to be across 5 days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
