About the role As our Senior Skin Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while leading by example in the treatment room. Your role will include: Delivering advanced skin treatments with exceptional attention to detail. Creating personalised treatment plans that achieve outstanding results. Building long-term relationships with clients and guiding them throughout their skin journey. Recommending skincare and treatment solutions that genuinely meet each client's needs. Working closely with our Registered Nurse and wider clinic team to provide treatment plans. Contributing to clinic growth by generating enquiries, retaining clients, and achieving retail and treatment goals. Upholding Caci's high standards of customer care, professionalism, and clinical excellence. This is a full-time position , including some late nights and occasional Saturdays as part of a roster. About you You're passionate about skin, confident in your clinical ability, and genuinely love helping clients achieve life-changing results. You'll be: An experienced Skin Therapist with excellent consultation skills. Confident creating tailored treatment plans and recommending homecare. A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others. Highly motivated, organised, and driven to achieve results.Professional, positive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment. You'll ideally have A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (minimum Level 5 NZQA or equivalent including CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or London City & Guilds Advanced Diploma). Previous experience as a Skin Therapist, with senior-level experience preferred. Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and skincare. Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
