ALH New Plymouth - Bell Block, North Island Lead a skilled team in a growing and specialised area of pipeline rehabilitation. ALH Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established New Zealand pipeline rehabilitation specialist who is seeking an experienced Patching & Lining Foreman to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of site delivery, lead a crew, and play a key role in delivering high-quality trenchless rehabilitation solutions across New Zealand. Please note: This role requires nationwide travel. You must be flexible and willing to travel for work as required. What You'll Be Doing Leading and supervising a site crew installing trenchless rehabilitation systems including uPVC Fold & Form lining, CIPP lining, patching systems and TopHat junction lining Planning daily site activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specification Overseeing the safe operation of plant, equipment and tools Leading Health & Safety practices including toolbox meetings, hazard identification and incident reporting Managing quality control and ensuring job documentation is completed accurately Supporting, training and mentoring team members Acting as the main point of contact on site for clients, contractors and stakeholders Reporting progress, challenges and site updates to management Travelling nationwide for projects as required What We're Looking For Previous experience leading a team or supervising workers on site Experience within construction, civil, plumbing, drainage or a similar hands-on industry would be highly advantageous Experience with pipeline rehabilitation, trenchless technology or underground services would be beneficial but not essential Strong Health & Safety knowledge and the ability to lead from the front Experience completing site documentation and quality checks Confident communication and problem-solving skills A professional approach with strong attention to detail Current Confined Space Entry, First Aid and Traffic Control certifications (or willingness to obtain) Full clean driver's licence Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide is essential What's On Offer Full-time role with a respected and growing New Zealand business Competitive remuneration based on experience Training and support to maintain industry certifications Equipment and protective clothing provided Opportunity to lead a skilled team within a specialised industry Supportive and professional working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
