Off The Track Hospitality Limited operates 3 venues in the Hastings/Havelock Region. A Chef De Partie is available to join at one of our kitchens, taking responsibility for a specific station such as grill, sauté, pastry, or appetizers, and ensuring dishes meet high standards of quality and consistency.
