Key responsibilities: Managing and growing a residential property portfolio Securing new managements and building client relationships Overseeing landlord and tenant relations Conducting property inspections Coordinating maintenance and contractor management Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and arrears Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act Maintaining accurate records and systems What We Are Looking For Previous residential property management experience A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Ownership and accountability for your portfolio Confident communication skills, combining professionalism with empathy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A full New Zealand driver's license Why Join Barfoot & Thompson?
