The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly capable and suitably qualified accounting professional to join the USD Team in the role of Finance Business Partner – Services. This is a permanent, full-time position, based at Unison’s Hastings offices. Reporting to the Finance Manager – Services, you will: Lift the quality, efficiency, and scalability of core finance processes Develop robust financial models and business cases that enable better, faster decision-making Lead business improvement projects — including finance systems, reporting automation, and data and analytics initiatives Partner with the Operations Managers and General Managers to drive improved performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency Provide hands‑on support for BAU activities including budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis support For the successful applicant, this is a great opportunity to contribute to USD’s next exciting period of growth and change.
