Rightmove Recruitment – Christchurch, South Island About the Role We are looking for experienced painters and plasterers with good leadership skills to join our team in Christchurch. We have immediate starts available working with a great team of people. In this position you will be leading a team working on a variety of residential and commercial projects across the region. With a focus on high-quality workmanship, you will be responsible for ensuring that all jobs are completed to the client's satisfaction. What you'll be doing Preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces Cutting in and edging around trims, windows and doors Mixing and applying paints and coatings Completing all work to a high standard Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment Communicating effectively with clients and team members Adhering to all health and safety guidelines What we're looking for Prior experience as a Painter or Foreman in the industry Strong leadership skills Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently Good eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and locations A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Valid Site Safe & EWP required for some jobs What’s on offer Good rates of weekly pay Ongoing support from the Rightmove team You’ll be working with an awesome team of people in an established company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
