With an impressive forward workload, you'll have the flexibility to showcase your past experience, whilst managing a number of projects in and around the wider Waitaki region. You'll be supported by a Divisional Manager who has spent years working his way through the industry and understands what it takes to succeed. With a team of around 50 + strong, you'll be well equipped when striving for a successful project delivery. We are keen to hear from any leaders who have an impressive civil background, however if you have experience in the construction or site works space this will set you apart from the rest. What we are looking for: Comfortable setting up basic work plans, methods, H&S and any environmental documentation Ideally have a tertiary engineering qualification or working towards one Experience reading plans, able to comfortably liaise between management, field staff and engineers. Assisting in tendering for project's and working through variations / extra works Proven basic leadership experience and the mindset of striving for a successful project delivery Experienced on Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project Actively contribute to the overall culture and strategic vison of the business.
