Servicing guest rooms to the required standard Servicing Public areas to the required standard Working cohesively within a large team on a daily basis The ability to perform various physical tasks/duties.. Welcome individual guests and corporate or tour groups warmly, greeting them by name and guiding them through our premier amenities. Luggage Logistics: Safely lift, carry, tag, and efficiently deliver individual and group luggage to and from our spacious guest rooms. Food & Beverage Support: Take room service orders, deliver meals directly to rooms, collect trays, and accurately process signed billing dockets. Lobby Presentation: Maintain a spotless, clutter-free front desk and lobby area, assisting with cleaning to keep public spaces pristine. Physical Fitness: Confidently able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy guest luggage daily.
