RPS Switchgear is part of the Unison group, and we specialise in crafting high voltage electrical equipment for utilities across the globe, facilitating the efficient distribution of electricity. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead our finance and administration functions and contribute as a key member of the Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Executive and as a member of the RPS Leadership Team, you will also work closely with Unison Group Finance and finance teams across the Group on reporting, controls, systems and group-wide initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for the financial management of the business, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, compliance, payroll, and financial controls. You will also oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reception, Stores, and administration functions, while providing trusted financial and commercial advice to support business performance and strategic decision‑making. What you’ll bring Proven senior finance leadership experience across financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic business support. Strong expertise in financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, risk management, and governance. Experience leading finance operations, including AP, AR, payroll, administration, ERP systems, and continuous process improvement. Minimum 5 years' financial management experience within an industrial manufacturing environment using a manufacturing ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred. CA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred, with exposure to imports/exports, foreign currency transactions, Letters of Credit, and stakeholder management. Competitive salary and annual reviews.
