We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our client's growing team in the Waikato region. These are full-time, permanent roles with a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week, offering a variety of installation, replacement, and repair work across residential, commercial, and project-based sites. Location: Waikato Pay: NZD $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Minimum 30 guaranteed per week Employment type: Full-time, permanent The Role Install and replace long-run, tile, and membrane roofing systems Install roofing underlay, flashings, ridge caps and edge details Complete roof repairs and re-roofs on residential and commercial buildings Work from plans, specifications and site instructions Ensure work is watertight and completed to a high standard Maintain accurate records of work completed Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site requirements What We're Looking For A recognised trade qualification in Roofing (NZQF Level 4 or overseas equivalent), OR at least 3 years' relevant industry experience installing, repairing and replacing roofing systems Good technical skills and attention to detail Reliable, hardworking, and professional approach Good communication and client-facing skills Commitment to health and safety, including working at heights Full driver's licence Willingness to travel to other regions occasionally as project demand requires Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
