We are seeking proactive and motivated Accounts Payable Officers with experience to join our team, based in Auckland (Grafton, Mt Wellington) or Palmerston North (Palmerston North Central). This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running with experience working in a similar fast-paced environment to join a well-established Accounts Payable team. *This is an office-based role, and we're happy to discuss the preferred location with the right candidate. You can expand your skills as you work closely with other members of our Finance team to provide consistently high levels of service to both the organisation and our suppliers, meeting the required quality and timeliness standards. Skills and experience requirements: Previous experience working in Accounts Payable, or a suitable financial role in a medium to large organisation Strong reconciliation skills, and a high level of competency in Microsoft excel Ability to process large volume of work quickly and precisely Ability to assist with systems, processes, and procedures at a senior level Demonstrated skill in accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously Critical thinking skills Proven experience and an ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently are essential.
