On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. Ideally suited to a nurse with 5+ years of clinical experience, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse patient population while continuing to develop your primary care skills within a well-supported environment. You will work closely with GPs and the wider primary healthcare team, providing comprehensive nursing care and supporting patients across both acute and long-term health needs. About the Role Deliver high-quality primary healthcare nursing services to a diverse patient population Support patient assessment, interventions, treatment planning, and follow-up care Undertake clinical triage and appropriately elevate presentations when required Support the management of long-term conditions and preventative healthcare Provide wound assessment and management Perform venepuncture, blood collection, and IV line insertion where required Contribute to health promotion, screening, and patient education Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team What's on Offer Opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded primary care provider Supportive and experienced clinical team Strong focus on professional development and ongoing learning Training and upskilling opportunities Varied clinical exposure across a diverse patient population Opportunity to develop your primary care expertise within a stable environment About You Current Annual Practising Certificate with the Nursing Council of New Zealand Ideally 5+ years of nursing experience, with primary care experience preferred Current smear taker certification Current CPR certification Confident undertaking clinical triage and assessment Strong wound management experience Competent in venepuncture, blood collection, and IV line insertion Experience managing long-term conditions Familiarity with Medtech Evolution , Indici , My Practice or other PMS systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team #J-18808-Ljbffr
